I was really hoping that I would find a great improvement from 9, but no! One is still not able to control spotlight, or other functions such as diffuse glow as you were on past versions.

I dislike this very much, and will try to find a substitution to this phenom.

I am very sad.

What is the best feature of Photoshop Elements? 

You can remove the software from your computer.

How could Photoshop Elements be improved? 

Bring back user control to features, allow for better customer service and inquires when calling - the free trials are not enough.
