Below the date, you can see the file's location on disk. Clicking the icon next to the path will open the folder in Windows Explorer.
And the last item in the General pane of the properties palette is the Audio caption. Clicking the speaker icon will show the built-in audio player/recorder which allows you to play, record, or attach an audio caption for the selected photo.
When the audio window appears, you can choose File > Browse to attach an existing audio clip to the photo. This is useful when you have a digital camera that allows you to capture audio captions with your photos.
You can also record audio captions directly in the audio window by pressing the record button (the red circle). These audio captions can be used in slide show creations. Obviously, you'll need a microphone connected to your computer and properly configured to record audio captions.
If an audio caption is already attached to a picture, the file name will be shown next to the speaker icon in the properties palette, and clicking the icon will allow you to play the audio file. You can also choose Edit > Clear to remove the audio, and you can record a new caption or attach a different audio file.
