Add a Finishing Touch

Add a Drop Shadow Finishing Touch
Let's add one more finishing touch. Go back to the Effects palette. Locate drop shadows and apply the "Low" shadow.

You can edit the shadow by double clicking on the FX icon on the layers palette. I prefer a size and distance of about 6 pixels.

Be sure to use the "Save As…" command to save your file so you don't overwrite the original.

Now that you know this technique, download more of my grayscale masks and layer style effects, and see what you can come up with on your own.

You can download a finished version of this frame, plus nine others I have created using my grayscale masks, and the default layer styles in Photoshop Elements. The frames are in PNG format and should open with transparency in any graphics program.
