Add a Layer Effect to the Frame
Now you can apply a layer effect to jazz up the frame.
  1. If the Effects palette is not showing, bring it up from the Window menu.
  2. Click the second icon on the palette for layer styles.
  3. Browse through the layer styles until you find one titled "Waves" and double click on it.
If you have trouble finding it, it is under the "Patterns" category. You can use the menu on the layers palette to restrict your view to this category.
