Full Review of Adobe Photoshop Album
This screen shot
shows Photoshop Album in "Organize" mode with a medium thumbnail view
and the tag palette visible. You can adjust thumbnails to any size up to full-screen
using the slider below the photo well. Tags are dragged and dropped on the photos
and then you can filter the thumbnail display by clicking on the boxes to select
any number of tags, Along the top of the screen, under the toolbar, is the timeline.
The bars give you a proportional indicator of how many photos you have for each
month. You can jump directly to a period in time by clicking on the timeline.
Dragging the sliders at either end of the timeline will filter the results to
anything contained within that time period. Switching to "Photo Well"
mode hides the tags panel, giving you more space for viewing pictures.

The
Organize mode can show either tags or collections in the side panel. The Collections
tab is show to the right.
Collections are new in 2.0, replacing the "Workspace" in version 1.0. Collections are useful for organizing a set of pictures that you want to print or use in projects. Unlike the normal photo well view, pictures in the collections view can be arranged in a fixed order.
When creating projects, the creations wizard now has an option to quickly add photos from either collections or tags.
