By , About.com Guide

It's that gift-giving time of year! Do you have some graphics related things on your wish list this year? Perhaps a new digital camera, a graphics tablet, a big, bright monitor, or maybe some slick new software to jazz up your images. Whether it's a dream item, or something you just wouldn't normally buy for yourself, tell us what graphics-related items are on your wish list this holiday season. Your ideas might even help out someone who needs a gift idea for another graphics enthusiast. And, you never know... Santa may be reading this! What are you wishing for?

Christmas Wish

Santa, I sure could use a full-time job!! 2 years without a decent job to pay the bills would be nice.

Need backup, and graphics tablet

Hi, I need a terabyte external hard drive, and a graphics tablet. I am a new designer and really using up the hard drive space, and could use the graphics tablet in creating scrapkits.

~~CS5 is my Ideal Christmas Present~~

Dear Santa, Please leave Adobe CS5 under my tree. Enjoy the cookies and milk, they're your favorite (check under the chair for the special hot toddy). I've been working with an old Adobe Illustrator program, and have wished for the newer version for years Santa.... I'll be good in 2011, promise!

Looking for a camera to surprise Santa

Living so close to Santa as I do here in Alaska, I'd love a new digital camera to capture some of the GREAT shots of Santa and his reindeer, or the elves as they rush around the workshop! And nothing is as sweet as those baby reindeer, competing to pull the next Christmas Sleigh!

My wish list this holiday season

I really wish I could find a job. If I did have a job, I could buy the Canon 7D camera. Not only does it produce a great picture, it has a built-in level. My photos seems to always be a little off, nowadays. I think this camera would help.

Wishing for a Photoshop Elements upgrade

I am still using PSE3 that I got bundled with my scanner and would really love to have the latest version. I can only fantasize about all the bells and whistles PSE9 must have.

Olympus 40-150mm lens with adapter

I just got into photography and I love it. Capturing people's emotions on camera is what brings me joy. I realize that this hobby, soon to be professional, is very expensive. So I have been buying things I need little by little and over time I will get all that I need. But since u asked what would I like for Christmas I would have to say the Olympus 40-150mm f/4.0-5.6 Zuiko Lens with MMF-2 Micro Four Thirds Lens Adapter which is on Amazon for $200.00 for both item, which by the way is a steal. This is the only thing on my Christmas list and having it will bring joy just as I felt when photographing people.

Photoshop software

I would like to have Photoshop software and someone to teach me how to use it. I am disabled now & have lots of time to learn.

Photoshop

I would love Photoshop software for photo enhancing. I want to do the family photos, many taken with little old cameras, and they need considerable restoration. The software I have now is old, and I wanted to update when new one was bought out, but the reviews of such left a lot to be desired, so a switch to Photoshop would be great. A Christmas smile would certainly be there.

Give me light!

All I want for Christmas is a flash for my Nikon D90. The built in flash just doesn't get it but the cost of a flash always seems to put that purchase on the back burner - especially with kids Christmas lists coming first...

New Computer

My desktop computer is 10+ years old and I would love to have a new one!

HP Laptop

My own HP is getting old and so am I. Santa could correct one problem with a new HP computer with loads of RAM. Santa, I'm your gal... remember, old is good except with computers! ;-)
