My Review 

First, Sorry about my bad english. I am using PSP Series for 15 Years. (Started with Jasc Paint shop Pro 4) So I didn't like this version (Paint Shop Pro X4) . I thing it have many bugs or programming mistakes. For example :

1. I dont want to use tab window. So I can't close the tab window function. It will be checked automatically.

2. Zoom in or zoom out is big problem with using mouse scroller. Process is not like the earlier versions of PSP. It can't center zoom to mouse cursor point.

3. Main tab function is not useful enough at the top of the window. You can lunch 3 sub program but you lose the works when you click other one.
