The last version of Photoshop I used before this was 6.0, so I'm really happy with this version's host of new features, especially the user interface (tabbed browsing, multiple layouts, etc.) and smart fill tool. I still have to play around with all the features.
As for cons, I took off one star because of the steep price, mostly.
What is the best feature of Photoshop?
Robust set of photo/image editing tools. I especially like the filter gallery and how easy it is to make quick adjustments like sharpening photos or applying styles to objects.
How could Photoshop be improved?
Though it's much better than ever, Photoshop could probably still be better optimized for performance.
Was Photoshop a good value for the price you paid?
Yes, because I use it professionally and as a "prosumer". No, if I were only using it for occasional personal photo editing.
