My Review 

The CS5 version of Photoshop for the Mac has finally made the transition to using Cocoa, Apples Objective C programing language. This allows the Mac version to finally be provided as a native 64-bit application. The end results is Photoshop CS5 feels much faster then previous versions and the expanded memory space that a 64-bit application can address is probably one of the key reason for the improvements I see.

What is the best feature of Photoshop? 

I really like Content Aware Fill that can help you repair images that have problems, such as dust, smudges, even power lines that you wish were not there. Using Content Aware Fill, removing these annoyances is as simple as brushing them away.

How could Photoshop be improved? 

Photoshop needs some performance tweaks, specifically better use of a graphic cards GPU to off load some of the image processing from the main processor. Photoshop CS5 can make use of some GPU's but the selection of cards supported is small.

Was Photoshop a good value for the price you paid? 

As an upgrade the price was reasonable, but if your paying full price, I'd make sure Photoshop is really the application you need.

In what ways do you use Photoshop? 

I use Photoshop primarily for my photography work, which is really a hobby. With the advent of digital photograph, Photoshop is the equivalent of my old darkroom setup, which I still have in storage. Anyone want to buy a color darkroom setup?
