Interlocking Rings in Xara Xtreme

Introduction

Here are the silver, gold, and bronze interlocking rings we are going to make in this tutorial.

A few years back, I wrote CorelDRAW and Illustrator tutorials on how to make interlocking rings such as those used in the Olympic Games logo. With the 2006 Winter Olympics coming up soon, I felt inspired to write another version of this tutorial for Xara Xtreme users. You can use this technique anytime you need to make objects appear as if they are intertwined, interlocked, or overlapping each other.

Begin by opening Xara Xtreme with a new, blank drawing.
