- Along the right hand side of the Day view, you can see the date of the day you are looking at and use the arrows to move forward or backward one day at a time. Clicking on the date will let you manually enter a date you want to jump to.
- Below the date there is space for a daily note. This is way for you to use the Organizer as a journal to document things you'd like to remember about the day, but there is unfortunately no way to print these daily notes built-in to the program. (Although you can copy and paste to use your daily notes in any projects you are working on.)
- At the top right of the daily note entry box, there is a button to create a new event for the selected day. Events will show in Calendar creations, and in the month and year view of the Date View.
- After you click the New Event button, a dialog box will open for you to type a name for your event and choose whether it is a repeating event or not.
- Below the daily note, there is space to type a caption for the selected picture. Remember, the daily note pertains to all the pictures for that day, but the caption is specific to an individual photo. If you already entered a caption in another area of Organizer, it will be shown here.
