The Status Bar

Across the very bottom of the window is the status bar. This shows you information about what you are viewing, such as the number of photos and the date range of the photos in your catalog. The status bar information will change when you perform a a search or date filter.

Next to the informational text in the status bar you may see a mailbox. You can click here to find out about any updates, promotions, or new downloadable content such as creation templates. If you have a slow internet connection, though, you might want to save the downloads for a time when you'll be away from the computer. It can take a long time to receive some of the template updates!

At the far right of the status bar is a small arrow with the word "Organize Bin." Clicking here lets you hide or show the organize bin on the right.
