The Photo Browser

Now that you have some photos imported, let's look at the important interface elements in the Photo Organizer workspace.

The Photo Browser
The main area where the thumbnails of your photos appear is called the photo browser. In Photoshop Album it was called the "photo well" so you may also see it referred to that way.

When you have details enabled, the photo browser shows the date of the photo, a tag icon if the photo has tags attached, and (if enabled in preferences) the file name. Holding your mouse over the tag icon shows you which tags have been attached to that picture. Holding your mouse over the file name shows you the full path to the file on your hard drive. Clicking on the date allows you to edit the date and time the photo was taken.
