- Click on the photo to make it the active image (or double click it in the photo bin).
- Go to Image > Resize > Image Size.
- Make sure "Resample Image" is checked.
- With the Image size dialog box still open, go to the Window menu and click on the title of the frame image at the bottom of the menu. This will automatically fill in the image size to match the dimensions of the other image.
- Click OK to resize the photo.
