New in Photoshop Elements 4 - Other Enhancements to the Organizer

Full Screen View
Send photos directly to slide show editor from full screen view, toggle properties palette and filmstrip on and off from full screen action menu.
Folder Location View
Now you can choose to view all folders, even those that don't contain cataloged photos. You can also set watched folders, create, rename and delete folders, and add unmanaged files to the catalog from folder view.
Collections
Version Set and stack commands are now available while photos are viewed as part of a Collection. Also, after editing, the edited photo is added to the version set and is not added to the beginning of the collection.
New Find Options
Now you can find by Metadata, and additional media types (including PDF) have been added for searching by media type.
Camera Raw
Now supports the DNG format.
Photo Mail
Add captions inside the Photo Mail window and optionally have the captions transferred back to the Organizer. There are also several new stationary layouts.
Creation Types
Bound photo books and bound calendars can be ordered online.
Order Prints Palette
The organizer now has a Order Prints palette where you can set up order preferences for yourself and your contacts. When you want to send someone printed photos, just drag the photos to their name on the order prints palette and press confirm.
Desktop Wallpaper
With one click you can tile multiple photos for your desktop wallpaper.
