What's New in Photoshop Elements 4

The new magic selection brush is available in both the Quick Fix and Standard Edit modes. With this tool you can just loosely draw or scribble over the area you want to be selected. When you release the mouse button, Elements does some analysis and makes a selection for what it thinks you want. From there you can refine the selection by adding to it, subtracting from it, or switching to the selection brush tool for fine tuning. "Magic" it's not, but more often than not, it does create a good starting selection which you can further refine using other tools and methods.
