Repairing Mold and Discoloration in Photoshop Elements

Now that the discoloration is taken care of, we can work on the splotches. For the flesh area, we will work with the brush tool in lighten mode. Switch to the brush tool, pick a soft brush of around 60 pixels, and set the mode to Lighten and the opacity to 80%. Hold down the Alt key and sample a clean area of flesh near the area you want to fix, then paint over it.
