Using the lighten brush and the spot healing tool, you should be able to remove the rest of the damage from the shorts and the belt area. Then use the spot healing tool to remove any other flecks of dust and dirt.

- Sample a replacement color
- Paint away the discoloration
- Replace color on the shorts and belt
- Set up a lighten brush
- Paint away the mold in the flesh tones
- Smooth out the flesh tones with the spot healing tool
- Finish repairing the belt and shorts with the spot healing tool
