Making a Baby Announcement Card in Photoshop Elements 3

Notice the pattern fill layer has a mask, just like our adjustment layer did. Click on the mask thumbnail, select the rectangle marquee tool, and draw a selection about 1/2 inch away from all 4 sides of the canvas, as shown above.
