Other Enhancements
- New art, backgrounds, themes, and Online Album (formerly Web gallery) templates. There are some very elaborate Flash-based Album templates, such as the Road Trip template shown here.
- The Photo Downloader is now integrated with Windows AutoPlay, eliminating the system tray icon. Note: AutoPlay integration does not work when Photoshop Elements 7 is installed under Windows Vista 64-bit. Vista64 users will have to access the Photo Downloader from the file menu after launching the Organizer.
- Camera raw 4.5 supports more camera formats and silently applies default conversion settings when selecting photos for a print creation.
- Auto Red Eye detection and correction has improved in this version. Previously, I always had very poor success rate for this feature on images from my Canon cameras, but in version 7 the success rate is much higher for my test images.
