Squint was used to create the light glints on the chrome text and the chrome elements of the classic car. Some of the blur effects were used on the stars. Squint interacts with the brightest areas of the image in a very realistic way.

Squint

Squint generates light streaks, hot spots, glare, highlights, sparkles, and dreamy lighting effects. Squint also simulates poor vision, camera motion, soft focus, and other blur effects. Options allow you to adjust ghost radius, ghost segments, ghost rotation, streak brightness, streak opacity, streak length, number of streaks, streak variation, and streak rotation.
