Eye Candy 5: Nature - Snow Drift Examples

Eye Candy 5: Nature - Snow Drift Examples

As a Florida native, I never get to play in the snow, so I went a little crazy here! The Snow Drift filter was used on the background and foreground, to create the mounds of snow on two different layers, and to pile snow on each of the objects.

Snow Drift (New to Eye Candy 5: Nature)

Snow Drift can generate piles of snow or a light dusting of snow — and everything in-between. Controls are provided for varying the drift height, clumping, surface roughness, droop, dust attributes, and lighting. Snow drift can be applied to the tops of objects or it can start from the selection bottom. Users can choose to render the snow effect to a new layer so the original object or selection remains unchanged.
