Corona

Corona creates "solar flares, gaseous clouds, and other astronomical effects." Controls allow you to adjust the corona type (streaky or turbulent), glow radius, flare size, stretch, waver, blur, opacity, color. A gradient editor allows for total control over the corona colors. Users can also choose to render the corona effect to a new layer so the original object or selection remains unchanged.
