Eye Candy 5: Impact - Motion Trail Filter Examples

The Motion Trail filter is no longer constrained to straight-line motion. In these examples the objects appear to swoop, swerve, glide and move toward you.

Motion Trail

Motion trail creates the illusion of movement by adding a blurred trail to an object or selection. Controls allow you to adjust the direction, length, taper, side compression, opacity, and selection masking amount. Improvements in this version of Motion Trail allow you to create motion trails that curve along a flexible path so objects appear to swoop, swerve, swing, and turn. With in-preview controls, you can manipulate the curve of the trail path by dragging directly in the preview.
