Reflection Effect with Photoshop
Reflected Text Tutorial

By , About.com Guide

This tutorial will show you how to create a reflection effect for text in Photoshop. We will also be creating a background for the text effect using gradients and a pattern fill. In this tutorial you will work with gradients, pattern fills, layer masks, selections, text, layer styles, and blur filters. Once you are familiar with the reflection technique, you will be able to create a reflected effect for your own text and objects. This tutorial assumes some basic familiarity with Photoshop's tools. I am using Photoshop CS2 but the technique should work in other versions as well.
