Create and Move the Reflected Text

Right click on the type layer and choose Group into New Smart Object*.
* If you are using an older version of Photoshop without Smart Objects, you can create a new blank layer and place it below the type layer, then select the type layer and Merge Down (Ctrl-E). This will Rasterize the type and convert the layer style effects to pixels.
Right click again and choose Duplicate Layer. Name the new layer "reflected copy" and click OK.

Go to Edit > Transform > Flip vertical.

Use the arrow keys to move the reflected copy layer down to where its top edge is just touching the bottom edge of the original text, like a reflection. Move the reflected copy layer down in the layers palette so it is between the marble fill and the shadow layer. Refer to the screen shot shown here.
