Red Eye Removal Command in Paint Shop Pro

Red eye, which occurs when you take a picture, is a common but frustrating problem. The light resulting from the flash of the camera reflects off of the blood in the back of the eye and is captured in the picture. Many of today's cameras have a red-eye button that sets off a preflash, which closes the retina and helps prevent red eye.
