Select a narrow font, such as Comic Sans. Set the Size to about 60, depending on your amount of text. Use the Floating text option then set the rest of your options by using my settings here as a guide.
Gel Text with Layer Styles in Paint Shop Pro Photo X2

Open a new image 400 x 250 with a white background. Save the image with a unique name to a safe place on your hard drive. Select the Text tool then set your Foreground (stroke) and Background (fill) colors to the same color.
