Ron Lacey:
Ron has been active member of the PSP community for many years. His main areas of interest are cartooning with vector graphics and digital photography. Once an avid amateur 35mm film photographer and darkroom enthusiast, he now works almost exclusively in digital, replacing his darkroom with Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop. He has written tutorials for the Jasc Website and the PSP Power Newsletter as well as his own website and co-wrote Paint Shop Pro 8 Zero to Hero published by Friends of Ed.

At LVS Online he writes and teaches online classes on Paint Shop Pro, Digital Photography, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop Elements, and XaraX. As well as being a private beta tester for PSP 6, 7, 8 and 9 Ron was directly involved in the development of PSP 8 and 9 as a user consultant.

Ron makes his home with his wife of 32 years, MC, and an Alaskan husky named Bijou in the woods north of Thunder Bay Ontario. Being semi-retired from the heavy construction industry he has plenty of time to spend on computer graphics and digital photography. His other interests include sailing, scuba diving, and, during the very long northwestern Ontario winters, downhill skiing.

Ron maintains his own cartoon oriented website Ron's Toons and some of his photographic work can be viewed at Ron's Fotos.
