Paint Shop Pro offers two Color Balance control options. One is located under Adjust > Color Balance. The second one--a better choice--is hidden in your customization menu. If necessary, review Lessons I and II on how to access these commands, then place the icon on your toolbar for easy access.
In the image shown here, you will notice that the before image has a distinct bluish cast to it, a common problem when there are large areas of white. By making a few minor adjustments in the Color Balance dialog box, you can see that the blue cast is now gone and the bride's gown has a much whiter and warmer appeal to it.
