Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo Basics - Lesson 1

The Tools toolbar, (which, by default, is on the left side of your workspace) contains most of Paint Shop Pro's image-editing and selecting tools. After the Materials Palette, the Tools Toolbar is one of the most important features, and one you will use often. Some icons are for single tools and some are for groups of tools. For example, the Selection tools include Selection, Magic Wand Selection, and the Freehand Lasso tools. Any icon with a group of tools has a small arrow to the right of the active tool, just as we saw when reviewing the context File Menu. To open and see the hidden group, click the arrow for that tool group.
