Still in the Learning Center > Text and Graphics, select the Add Frames and Photo Edges Option. The Frame and Photo Edges dialog box will display.
Click the arrow to see a list of available frames. Click the frame to apply to your image. The display window on the right will show a preview of the image and how it looks with the selected frame.
Make adjustments in the options that are best suited for you image such as framing inside the image or outside the image.
