Select the Fairy Dust brush again and this time bring the Opacity setting up or change it to default by clicking on the Brush Icon located on the brushes' Property Bar. Continue to paint the egg again using the colors of spring, yellow, pinks, purples and blue. Because you have created a selection, your brush strokes will stay inside the selection. When you have finished painting, choose Ctrl-D. This will remove the selection around the egg.
Easter Egg and Chicks With Corel Painter
On the new layer drag out an oval shape reminiscent of an egg. Remember we are working on the "New" layer and not the Canvas layer.
