For this tutorial were going to learn how to make festive Easter eggs and chicks in Corel Painter. This is an easy technique and perfect for the beginner Painter user.

Select Your Brushes:
Begin by organizing the brushes you will use. This is a good opportunity to create a Custom Palette.

To create a custom palette:
Drag an icon or button out of its palette or out of the Brush Selector bar. Corel Painter creates a custom palette that contains an icon for the item you dragged. F-X Brush Category:

  • Fairy Dust
  • Piano Keys
  • Furry Brush
To draw the beak and eyes simply choose the Pen-Round Tip 10.
