With the competition growing all the time, if you make and sell your own digital goods, you need to ensure that you're presenting them in the best way possible. Preview templates are the digital equivalent of product packaging, allowing you to present a digital stamp or digital papers in an attractive format that also helps to reinforce your brand.
For this tutorial, I'm going to use Inkscape which is a free and open source vector line image editor for Windows, OS X and Linux. If you're producing digital craft products, you're most likely already familiar with this app.
I'm going to create an imaginary digital stamps business called StampsyWampsy (snappy heh) and I'll demonstrate how quick and easy it can be to produce a simple template that will present your digital products in a professional way.
