Type of graphics software user: Hobbyist
Experience with graphics software: I've been working with graphics for 14 months.
Operating System: Macintosh
About the image: I used a picture of a white goose standing in straw. I enhanced the lighting of the picture, ran various filters, and cloned out the fallen feathers and corner of the fence that was in the picture. The eggs were white, I used a gold layer style on them, ran the same various filters on them that I used on the goose. Outlined the picture in black, enlarged the canvas and used a blurry black frame on it.
What graphics software do you use on a regular basis?
I use Photoshop Elements 4 on a regular basis, and I've recently started learning Corel Painter Essentials 2.
What was the first graphics program you learned?
Photoshop Elements 3
What is your all-time favorite graphics program and why?
My favorite graphics program is Photoshop Elements because it was the only graphics program I had until I recently bought a Wacom tablet and it came with Corel Painter Essentials 2.
How do you use graphics software in your day-to-day activities?
I'm retired and spend a lot of time on my computer making graphics, web pages and taking Online classes.
