What graphics software do you use on a regular basis?
Serif's DrawPlus6 and Jasc Paint Shop Pro 8.
What was the first graphics program you learned?
Dreamweaver
What is your all-time favorite graphics program and why?
Serif's DrawPlus because the program is very easy to use. A few days or weeks of finding out what everything does and it's go from there and you are constantly learning how to do different things along the way.
How do you use graphics software in your day-to-day activities?
I started a small business 4 years ago making all occasion cards and now i do business cards, flyers, restaurant menu, picture cards and brochures, party invites & wedding invitations w/RSVP/direction/save the date/after the party cards. I've even done numbered tickets for a bus trip and Raffles. I also make sign and banners. It's amazing what you can do with your graphic software and a good imagination.
What is your best graphics tip or piece of advice?
I wished I had went to school for graphic design but I didn't. If you get the chance, go. It'll make thing a little easier. I guess I just have the knack and inspiration to learn and I taught myself how to do design work. But I did take some computer classes along the way. By the way my 1st ccomputer was a Vic 20 back in the 1970's.

I have always had a love for Computers and how they operated so I had to find out I wish I had gotten more training in the graphics field at a younger age. I have been offered to put my designs in stores. But have not as of yet. I just do personal work for people around me.
