About the image: The background is a fractal image created with UltraFractal. A digital photograph of a Mayan temple entrance and an antique sepia photograph from the 19th century are merged over the fractal. The sepia photograph shows 5 people climbing one of the pyramids in Egypt. One of the women has placed her umbrella leaning against the pyramid and another woman is still carrying her umbrella. The digital collage was completed in Paint Shop Pro.

Study other artists to see how they compose their art, using the principles and elements of design and become familiar with your chosen program(s) so that you can create effortlessly.
