Colour Surprise is a simple little stand alone application for Windows that can help you to apply unusual and unexpected color effects to your photos. This application won't be to everyone's taste, but it can add a striking new dimension to an image by randomly changing all the color values of a photo.
The application has been produced by the British software company Cybia (hence the spelling of colour), who also produce a range of Photoshop plugins. Colour Surprise, however, doesn't require any other application to be installed in order to run, making it a quick and fun application for trying out color effects.
