From Realistic to Ridiculous: Using Extractions in Digital Scrapbook Layouts

Color effects add a new dimension to layouts. In the above layout I wanted to showcase the beautiful blue eyes of this family. For each subject, I duplicated his or her layer and on the upper layer extracted the eyes and the blue in their clothing. On the lower layer, I used the channel mixer in Photoshop to change the colors as follows: Red=+43; Green=+33; Blue=+30.
