Type of graphics software user: Hobbyist
Experience with graphics software: About four years - off and on.
Operating System: Windows
About the image: I used Adobe Photoshop 7 to make changes in this family photo. Some faces were better in one view than another, and so there was cloning done from other views, eyes were opened, and glare was taken off glasses. We were hoping to have the photo taken outside, but since that was not possible I cut the family out using the lasso tool and pasted them on the layer of trees to get away from that busy background. One significant change was inserting one grandson who was away serving our country and could not be there for the photo. On the back row, the third young man from the left was inserted from another photo. I used the lasso tool, cut and paste, and also the transform tool to get him placed well.
