The screen shown here allows you to choose a specific form, and adjust its attributes including size, rotation, and position. I didn't count, but I'd guess there are hundreds of forms to choose from, and you can add your own user forms as DXF and WMF files--an advanced topic described in the Gliftex help.
If you look through my gallery of Gliftex Examples, you'll see several patterns with hearts in them. I was able to do this by locking in hearts as the user form, and I ended up with over two dozen varations of heart designs, all very different from each other.
Interpretations also have customizable settings for each type of interpretation.
