To export the page complete with all of the HTML required for the page to be posted on the Web, go to File > Publish to the Web > HTML.

HTML Layout Method: Choose the layout method you want to use from the popup menu.

Destination: Choose a location on your hard drive for CorelDRAWto save the exported files. Optional: If you prefer, check the FTP Upload box and then click the FTP Settings button to FTP the files to your web server.

If you want to see the page in your browser when done, check the Display In Browser When Done box.

Export Range: Because this is a one-page splash screen, just tick the All box.

If you want to preview the page in the Browser before exporting, click the Browser Preview button.

When you're done setting options, click OK to export the page.

You can see my completed page at http://homepage.mac.com/sarafro/webpage.htm. The links don't go anywhere on this example page, but you'll be able to see the hand cursor when you roll over the hotspots.

CorelDRAW has many more options for creating and exporting webpages, including an option to make text editable. For more information, search for Publish to the Web in CorelDRAW online help.
