Sandra Trainor is a contributing writer for About Graphics Software with a focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks.

Experience:

For a time, Sandra freelanced as an Illustrator and Graphic Designer, then worked for a chain of retail stores in their advertising department where she was promoted to Art Director. Some time later she taught Art and Computer to elementary and middle school students. As a hobby, Sandra made websites to share her interests and for family and friends to share theirs, and in 2009 she began designing websites professionally under the business name of WEBits Design. Sandra continues to design websites today, along with providing graphic designs for printed materials.

Education:

Sandra graduated the Art Institute of Boston more than twenty years ago, and later attended the Millennium Training Institute in Woburn Massachusetts where she learned Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash, HTML and some JavaScript. She also completed a writing course by way of correspondence through the Institute of Children's Literature in West Redding Connecticut.

From Sandra Trainor:

I like using Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium, and with the aid of books and tutorials I try to keep up to date with the ongoing changes in this collection of software. I also like to share with others what I learn, and writing for About Graphics Software provides me with the opportunity to do just that.
