This is a graphic I made to use as a signature in my forum on Delphi. The original tube of the woman was sent to me by a friend. She was holding a skull. I opened a file, added a layer and then added the tube. Next I used the eraser to remove the skull. I floodfilled the background layer with black and added the star tubes. Next I merged the layers and added the star in her hands and the ones in her hair. I made the frame by adding a border and using the Glass filter in Eye Candy.

What graphics software do you use on a regular basis?
I use Paint Shop Pro most of the time.

What was the first graphics program you learned?
Paint Shop Pro 5

What is your all-time favorite graphics program and why?
Paint Shop Pro is my favorite because it was the first one I learned and it has been easier to learn with each upgrade to the program.

How long have you been working with graphics software?
I've been using graphics software for about two and a half years.

How do you use graphics software in your day-to-day activities?
I mainly use the software to make graphics to add to my website and to share on that site and with my friends in my graphics forum.

What is your best graphics tip or piece of advice?
First and foremost, have fun and don't be afraid to experiment. You just may be surprised. Secondly, always work on a copy of your picture and save the original.

Where do you get your inspiration?
My inspiration comes from my nickname, nature, my forum, other web sites and just life in general.

I call this Moonglow. I used a flower tube on a black background. Then I used the circle selection tool and made the selection and added the bluish drop shadow and blurred it. That's basically all there waas to it.
