Slide Show
You can create a slide show of your image files by clicking
on the Menu Item Slide Show. A slide show menu bar will
appear at the top left part of your screen. Most of the
menu items are self-explanatory. The three items before
the Exit are from left to right, Play Audio, Show Description,
and Options. Clicking on the options brings up a new Slide
Show Options list.

You can show on the screen the description you wrote
previously. I found the slide show a very useful tool
in reviewing images after I had transferred them from
the digital camera.
Automatic image information storage
Gives image information (stores the EXIF information)
from each picture including date taken, file size and
any changes to the image.

Adding Keywords
It is easy to attach keywords and other information to
the photos so that your photos are organized and easily
found. In the screen shot you can see that the highlighted
picture is titled George-July 2001 and there is a description
within Image Description. In order to add this information
it is necessary to click on the tab at the left entitled
Info. To add a Keyword, click on the tab entitled Keywords.
There are default keywords. Under Subject->People you
can see more defaults. For the file entitled George-July2001
I will select the keyword Grandkids.

Searching
There are two ways in which to search for a picture: by
Keyword or by searching the Image Description. To find
a picture, click on the tab entitled Search. A new information
window will appear. You can search either the Image Description
or the Image Title. Lets search the Description
by typing in magazine article, then click Search. The
picture(s) that match that description will be placed
in the right hand window.
