Electrify
The Electrify effect creates brilliant arcs of electricity. Controls allow you
to adjust the arc spacing, arc length, arc thickness, jaggedness, branching,
branch spread, glow width, glow opacity, and glow color. You can also choose
the have the arcs radiate out from the center of a selection or have them shoot
out from the edges at a 90 degree angle.
