Border Stamp scatters stamp objects along the
edges of any shape or selection. Over 100 stamp objects are
included with the software. Splat! uses the Paint Shop Pro Picture
Tube format for stamps, so you can download
thousands more off the Web. It's also very easy to create
your own stamp files using Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop.
Border Stamp has options for adjusting the stamp size, margin, border width, and density. You can also add shadow to each object and adjust the appearance of the shadow.
