Noise
The Texture Noise filter (formerly HSB Noise) adds grain, highlights, and organic
texture to existing images or it can generate new phychedelic, freeform textures.
Texture Noise features six noise patterns--smooth lumps, smooth fractal, wrinkled
fractal, dots, crinkles, and diamonds--which can selectively blend with the
original image according to any combination of hue, saturation, brightness,
and opacity.
