For digital artists who use Photoshop, this book can
inspire you, motivate you, and open your eyes and
mind to new and interesting ways of working with Photoshop.
It's a showcase of nineteen masters of Photoshop—photographers,
animators, artists and designers. The artists discuss,
in their own words, the things that inspire and influence
them. Every chapter includes several full-color examples
of each artist's work, and concludes with a detailed
tutorial for a complete project. The book is stylish
and well-constructed, although the light text on dark
backgrounds of some pages makes it hard to read. Some
parts were a little too bizarre and eccentric for
my taste, but a good portion of it was useful and
entertaining. |
